Description

In a world marked by fragmentation and uncertainty, the search for a true companion remains a profound spiritual need. And He Walked with Them explores spiritual accompaniment not as a technique, but as a profound participation in God’s own way of walking with humanity, as revealed in the Bible. Through key biblical narratives, from Tobias’ accompanied journey to the encounter on the road to Emmaus, it develops seven foundational models: Vocational, Formational, Trans-formational, Holistic, Koinonia, Mystagogical, and Mystical, each illuminating a distinct dimension of God’s guiding presence.

This book provides a roadmap for mastering the art of spiritual accompaniment, characterized by attentive listening, respect for each person’s unique path, and a commitment to the gradual work of grace. It serves as a guide for those seeking to lead others toward inner freedom, while keeping the gaze fixed on the One who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
