Sister Lini Sheeja MSC, a member of the Congregation of the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, is a social worker committed to the upliftment of marginalized communities. She worked with the Childline team (BOSCO) and empowered women in Bangalore’s slums by forming self-help groups. As a Medico Social Worker at Saint John’s Medical College Hospital, she focused on geriatrics. Driven by her belief, ‘My God provides, and no child should go uneducated,’ she supports vulnerable children through education. Sister Lini has served as the National Secretary of Prison Ministry India and as Chief Editor of Prison Voice, a national magazine. As a regular columnist in many magazines, she writes on social issues and advocates for the voiceless. She is currently pursuing higher studies in Germany.
